About 8 Henderson Place Foundation
Our mission is to protect, preserve, and perpetuate our invaluable archives for cultural and educational purposes.
The 8 Henderson Place Foundation was established in 1978 with the goal of celebrating the legacy of our founders Gregory d'Alessio and Hilda Terry. We remain dedicated to protecting, preserving, and perpetuating its invaluable archives for cultural and educational purposes and to continue the founders' emphasis on cultivating the aging creative spirit.
Our foundation offers a wide range of resources and support to individuals and families in our community. We believe that everyone deserves access to cultural and educational resources, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.
As a foundation operating in New York, USA, we are dedicated to serving our community and spreading the message of cultural preservation. Our work is grounded in the legacy of our founders, and we believe in the power of community and compassion.
One of our core programs focuses on providing support to aging creative individuals. We understand the challenges they face and aim to provide practical assistance, resources, and a supportive community.
